Very nice apartment, in new building, had everything we needed. Very good area, close to stores and restaurant. Host was very nice and flexible. Parking was free near the building but not many times easy to find a spot but we managed.

Huge windows that are perfect for sunbathing in winter. Practically no noise from other apartments. Very quiet one way street and building (Little to no traffic at night. Perfect for sleeping). Excellent kitchen and appliances. Responsive and helpful host (he also arranged for a pick up from the airport at a very reasonable rate). Spacious rain shower. Only 200 meters walk from an excellent mall. Very fast WiFi. CCTV in the building.
