A 24-hour transfer service from and to the airport is available at an additional fee. スタッフが丁寧に頑張ってくださいました。1日目到着したら、エアコンが動かないので扇風機を2台持って来ました。スタッフがどうしても駄目でした。これは、いつものように以前から故障していると思っていました。スタッフは、直そうとしたのですが、その夜は暑いままで寝て朝は、２８、6になっていました。朝食の後スタッフに直らないなら他のホテルを考えることことを決意したことを伝えると、もう一回調整します。そのため朝食レストランで、少し待って、部屋に帰ってみると、エアコンが動いているでは有馬線か！！びっくりして昨夜のことを反省しました。本当に、壊れていなかったのです。他にもいろいろ助けてくれました。４人のスタッフに毎日会いました。全員素晴らしいサービスをしてくれました。本当にありがとうございます。コスパは大変良かったです。部屋も広いし、エアコンも良く冷えました。いろいろ文章間違えています。疲れているので、直さないで、このままですいません。

I stayed for 2 nights here to get the chance to discover the wonderful Serbian capital and chose this hostel because of its modern look and its cheap price - the good recensions also played a role in deciding for this stay and so I can only add another good one at this point. The hostel stretches itself over several floors, has two clean bathrooms and a lovely kitchen/living room. My chamber in the cellar I liked also a lot, the bed was comfortable and there was even a cleaning basin in the room. The check-in and communication with the owner was uncomplicated, so all in all a great concluding experience to my Balkan trip.
