The establishment boasts a rich historical background and holds the prestigious UNESCO registration. The breakfast provided was truly delightful and scrumptious, while the room itself was spacious and impeccably clean. Moreover, the staff went above and beyond to provide a friendly and accommodating service.

Location, location, location and some very good restaurant suggestions from pleasant staff. Spotlessly clean, modern bathroom. Pleasant outside patio we would have enjoyed if the weather had been more cooperative.

Summer temperature around 25 degrees Celsius and fantastic accommodation in the historic center of Porto. My belated birthday trip made it all memorable. 😊 1) Excellent location (a little bit hilly area), close to the Douro river, restaurants, attractions, trams as well as Metro station São Bento... 2) Friendly and professional service provided by Celina - she was polite, communicative and caring host. THANK YOU. 🙏💙 3) We found a bottle of wine and bottle of mineral water on the table, moreover a lots of useful information and requirements in the paper “handbook/guide”. 4) Our apartment on the 3rd floor (without balcony) was authentic, stylish, spacious (50 sqm!!!) with well equipped kitchen. The apartment was really quiet and clean. 5) Bedroom and living room/kitchen are divided by cabinets (there is not any wall between, it´s a large room). 6) The bed was comfy, the sofa too. 7) Towels were soft. 8) The wardrobe had enough wooden clothes hangers. We did not pay a 200 € deposit, only the city tax (in cash).
