We were a bit worried about staying at the hotel during its soft opening but our worries were completely unnecessary. The hotel is made with great attention to detail and high-quality materials. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is fantastic and the chef does a great job combining Portuguese tradition with new exciting flavors. We will definitely come back when we are in Porto again. When the pool and rooftop are finished, it will surely be one of the best hotels in Porto.

The room, the location and the building are really great. Very friendly staff. It was a nice surprise to have such quality hotel in the city.

Walking distance to the Porto waterfront. Extremely helpful staff. Amazing breakfast and adjacent to indoor Mercado. This is a must stay hotel while in Porto.

We were welcomed by a friendly porter and check-in was quick an efficient. Bags were brought up and all with generous smiles. The view from our room was stunning and we loved the comfort of the room.

A very good hotel and friendly staff. It is too far located from the center of the city to come there by foot, but there are several buses to bring you there.

Standing tall in a commercial area of Porto’s Boavista district, HF Fénix Porto is 400 metres from Casa da Musica concert hall. It features free Wi-Fi throughout and spacious rooms with cable TV. Very big room, good AC(because it was 33c outside), big bed.

Efficient business hotel with great breakfast buffet. Very comfy beds & aircon, good hot water & shower pressure. Our family suite was perfect for our family of 4. Prompt staff in the curt Porto way. Many restos with lunch specials nearby. Stashed our rental car in onsite parking (€12/day) and Ubered to all the sights: Ribeiro, Gaia, Lello, and snazzy Norteshopping (Fogo de Chao AYCE rodizio!). We'd stay here again, or any of the HF hotels in Porto.
