One of the best hotels in my life. The level of service, attentiveness of the staff is on top. Highly recommended!

The staff is exceedingly friendly and helpful with getting reservations for wine tastings, music evenings, transport to airport, etc. The breakfast is excellent, with lots of fresh fruit, many meats and cheeses, eggs, cereals, and interesting breads. We had a room at the back of the building above a pedestrian street that was very quiet. The furnishings and room decoration were all of very high quality.

They even prepared two doggy beds with bowls of food and water for our two dogs. That felt really nice. Beds are comfortable, rooms big enough, staff was kind and helpful and breakfast was delicious. We'll stay here again next time in Porto.

From the moment we arrived, Luiz at the front desk was awesome. He was super friendly and even upgrade us to a room with river view! The hotel itself is small but so cozy and welcoming. They offer free coffee and tea, plus some delicious cakes and cookies to snack on. And on New Year's Eve, they even treated everyone with sparkling wine—such a nice touch! The location is perfect for exploring Porto, and honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during these couple of days. Great vibes, great service, and little extras that made the stay feel extra special. Would definitely stay here again next time we are in Porto!
