From the moment I stepped through the doors, I felt like a cherished guest at a welcoming home. The manager, as well as each staff member, took the time to personally introduce themselves to me, artfully selecting unobtrusive moments for our interaction. They anticipate needs as though reading minds, ensuring that every detail, no matter how small, is tended to with genuine care. Always there when you need them but never imposing. Never missing an opportunity to do the most, you could see their smiles light the room like sunshine each time they observed how their service brought joy to their guests. The room was impeccably appointed, with the art, architecture and woodwork immersing you in quality luxury. Views from the room were delightful. A comfortable sanctuary for creating, resting, or relaxing. The thoughtfulness that was shown to me made me feel truly seen, valued, and cared for. I never expected this level of warmth and attention to detail and as I left there were hugs all around and the kindest parting gifts to accompany me home - some tea leaves from my favorite morning tea at the Palacete Severo and a rose freshly cut from within the gorgeous gardens. At Palacete Severo, service transcends expectation—this is not just a hotel; it’s a second home, lovingly curated to cradle its guests in comfort, art, peace, and serenity.

The hotel is both quirky and fabulous, complemented by the amazing adjacent food market. The hotel staff and level of service was outstanding. I loved my 2 night stay

Excellent clean and modern hotel. Stayed in a very large room, bright and spacious, and absolutely pristine clean. The reception staff was very professional and answered all our needs. The free transfer from the airport to the hotel is a huge added value: a private car waiting at the airport and taking us straight to the hotel in comfort. Booked a transfer back to the airport with the reception at a very unreasonable hour and the car was perfectly in time. It's located slightly away from the hustle of the tourist areas, but it gave us a chance to walk more and explore some very nice places. All in all, a very comfortable stay and we will repeat it if ever back in Porto.

HF Ipanema Porto is located in Boavista, 500 metres from the Boavista Roundabout. At 2.6 km from Porto's historic centre, it offers modern accommodation and 24-hour secure parking. Location was perfect. Although it is on a busy road, it was very quiet inside. There is a very good bakery opposite and many restaurants all around. Even a food market which was very good and value for money. Hotel was very clean and the maid did an excellent job. We always found our room spotless
