The place is new in booking, so it is only natural to have some hiccups, but nothing worth mentioning. The location is great, close to the metro, right next a comfy grocery store, a coffee shop and more. I came for a conference in the university- 15-20 minutes peaceful walk. The apartment has all that is needed, and it is pleasant to get back to after a busy day outside. Communication with Vera, the owner, was pleasant (waited for me with her husband after midnight to welcome me in). As a whole- an excellent choise for a single or a couple for a pleasant stay in Lisbon.

At first I wasn't sure what to think of it but it was good, proximity to my conference was great, and proximity to the metro made all of my travel easy. Quintas das Conchas is a great little city, and it really has a lot to offer between that and Lumiar.

The apartment was very clean and tidy, quite spacious as well with enough room to fit 4 adults and 1 child. The location is comfortable as well with a Continental store nearby and there's always an available parking lot outside (There's also always underground parking if needed). The owner was also very kind to arrive and help resolve the issues with the wi-fi.

Antonio, the owner has been super super accomodating! offering some wine and cheese when I arrived and had a nice chat! The room is very clean! and the services were overall great! it was very close to the airport which I needed.

Apartamento do Paço do Lumiar is situated in the Lumiar district of Lisbon, 8.4 km from Gare do Oriente, 8.5 km from Rossio and 8.6 km from Dona Maria II National Theatre. A lovely light filled, beautifully clean and generously equipped apartment. Food and suggestions for sightseeing left was also impressive. Convenient parking. We would absolutely stay here again.

Set in the Lumiar district of Lisbon, Apart Lisbon Pool Metro Garage offers accommodation with a rooftop pool and a lift. Rooftop pool with fab 360 views of cityand particularly of the airport for some plane spotting! note the aircraft noise is quite minimal - struggle to hear it in the apartment. Also it is comfortable, well setup, secure (with safe) and quiet. Nice neighbourhood and excellent supermarket end of road. About 30 mins to most central locations via easy to navigate metro.
