This is the second time I have rented this apartment. The location was perfect for me because I was visiting a family member who lives nearby. The apartment is not in the center of Lisbon but there are a couple of bus lines close by that will take you to the subway, and a train station is within walking distance. If you rent a car, you have the option of parking in the garage or, if you don't want to navigate the narrow Portuguese garages, you can park on the on the street (where it is easy to find parking). Also, there is a grocery store in the building, where you can buy fresh bread and pastries.

The apartment is more spacious than I was expecting, the location has almost everything you need; groceries, bus, train, restaurants, etc. The location is a lower income area, we never felt unsafe but we were careful about when we went out and in the evenings and during the night we did hear multiple fights and very intoxicated people outside the apartment.
