The best is the view of the city and the terrace. But also there are two bathrooms and kitchen fully equipped. It is close to the city center. You have to walk to the hill, but this is normal here. The communication was great. Definately recommended.

Very conveniently located, close to the historic center, restaurants and shops. We definitely recommend this place as a base for exploring the island. The owner is very communicative and helpful. She addressed all our needs very quickly.

Featuring free WiFi throughout the property, Quinta das Malvas - Quinta de Santa Luzia offers accommodation in Funchal. Free private parking is available on site. A very good and cozy hotel with a fantastic view from the terrace. The breakfasts were delicious and the room was always cleaned. There was stable and enough fast internet connection. The housekeeper Margarida did everything to make the guests feel comfortable.

We recently stayed at a stunning apartment in Madeira and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by warm welcome from the host. Highlights of my stay: Beautiful Pool: The apartment features a gorgeous pool area that was always clean and inviting. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the island. Spacious and Modern Apartment: The apartment itself was spacious, modern, and very well-maintained. The decor was tasteful, and it had all the amenities one could need, including a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and a lovely balcony with breathtaking views. Excellent Location: The location was fantastic – in 10 minutes to local attractions, restaurants, and shops, yet still in a peaceful and quiet area. It made getting around Madeira very easy and convenient. Friendly and Helpful Host: The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for local dining and activities. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Cleanliness and Comfort: The apartment was spotless, and the attention to detail was evident. The linens were fresh, the bathrooms were pristine, and everything was arranged perfectly for a comfortable stay. Overall, our experience were exceptional, and we highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking to visit Madeira. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we can’t wait to return!

It has all the comfort you need including a heated pool where you can relax in the evening. Alex, the owner, is a very friendly and helpful person. If you want to eat in a non touristic place he has some tips for you. We reccomment this place to everyone!
