Jarod and the team provided excellent customer service. My flight was delayed by 12 hours and Jarod provided reassurance and simple instructions to enter the property - even though I wasn’t arriving until 7am! The room was clean and the bed so comfortable! Amazing stay thank you

Well this is a very nice find. Special little hotel which has been done really well. The people are fantastic and the hotel has an amazing restaurant with pool on the roof. I would recommend going! Already have a to friend visiting PR in the next month. I will be back!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The breakfast was truly exceptional, thanks to Victor, who made it a memorable experience. He brought the meal with such joy and passion, describing each dish in detail. The coffee was perfectly brewed with just the right touch of spices, and the peaceful atmosphere added to the charm.

Great staff, location, and atmosphere. I'd stay here again. It was a great spot for a couples getaway with easy Uber rides all around San Juan.

A block from the beach, Best Western Plus Condado Palm Inn & Suites, offers the best location, a sun terrace with a heated swimming pool, free Wi-Fi and excellent service. Every thing was wonderful. Clean, everything functioning. They upgraded us to a water view. I appreciate that gesture! 😊 I Liked that they have parking available also

The bag check was awesome. Location was fantastic for dinner and breakfast. Literally just a 3 min walk. Close to airport and port, and the neighborhood seemed very safe. Grocery store nearby.
