Set in the Ocean Park neighborhood, block away from the beach and minutes from Old San Juan, this hotel features the oceanfront Uwa Restaurant and free Wi-Fi in the public areas. Very clean room. Friendly staff always willing to help. Food was excellent. 10 feet from the ocean. Nice stay. Will definitly come back.

Numero Uno Beach House features a sun terrace with free Wi-Fi throughout. It is located directly on Ocean Park Beach and 3 km from Condado Lagoon. The location is superb, the rooms are nice and clean and the staff is extremely Friendly and helpful, clearly going out of their way to make you welcome. We spent two lovely weeks here and I want to thank everyone, especially Chris who made our stay unforgettable.

The staff us amazing all the time taking care of you, a hot jacuzzi and small pool in middle friendly guests. The room is huge not fancy but amazing felt at home amazing large kitchen. They think of it all put coffe and water outside all day. Everything you need is in room from blender to make drinks, a bunch of snacks even popcorn for microwave. Beach is 2 min walk away.
