Nuovissima struttura inaugurata nel 2020 e caratterizzata da un esclusivo design d’interni, l’Art Suites Boutique Hotel - Krakow Center dista non più di 1 km dal vivace centro storico, ricco di... the entrance to the property is very modern and welcoming. the diffusers create a lovely smell throughout the building. the receptionist provided us with all the information we needed. and we’re very approachable and welcoming no language barriers , the room was beautiful we had rose petals scattered from door entrance towards jacuzzi with 2 glasses and bottle of Prosecco awaiting our arrival , the hotel and room is very clean , room service was great. we ate out so never got to experience dinning in at the restaurant within the hotel which was unfortunate. having the jacuzzi in the room was excellent with the amount of walking we did we were able to just come back and relax in our room privately. facilities were all great. hotel to main market square is about 20 minute walk but doesn’t feel like it you have so much to look at walking over the bridge and past the river looking onto the castle and round towards main market square it’s a lovely walk to do. we did not Uber once.

Personale gentilissimo e accogliente, pulizia eccellente, colazione dolce e salata abbondante, stanza enorme. Siamo arrivati e dopo aver comunicato loro che la mattina successiva non potevamo fare colazione per escursione al mattino presto, ci hanno preparato una colazione take away. Hanno tenuto i bagagli anche dopo il check out gratis. Super consigliato! Caffè della colazione BUONISSIMO. Complimenti.

The room was large and comfortable, the staff were most helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel is conveniently located right next to a tram stop, so traveling to the Krakow Old Town is very easy - it takes 15-20 minutes depending on where you want to go.

The location, the ease of checking in and out, and the clean comfortable room all made for a very nice stay. The breakfast was excellent - everything was fresh and the coffee was great!

I enjoyed my stay thanks to the excellent service and delicious breakfast provided. The hotel was conveniently located near the airport, making it perfect for my travel plans.
