This 4-star hotel offers a concierge service.... Good location, tasteful decor, courteous and helpful staff (I can't recall the correct name & spelling - the lady at Reception, Resham, was always very polite). Check in took quite some time, perhaps due to short of staff as it was the Eid week, we did not get the room that we requested for, then the guy at Reception (I forgot to get his name, but bless him!) offered us a complimentary room upgrade without us asking for it! This definitely calmed down our frustration. We extended our stay for 2 more nights. Breakfast was delicious, the bed was comfortable, and service was excellent throughout the whole stay.
