We felt welcomed by the staff right away…there was always someone to open the front door and staff at the front desk were helpful and promptly dealt with issues. Decor and furnishings in both the lobby and our room were tastefully chosen. The free breakfast was delicious and more than ample! the location was very convenient for sightseeing. We would stay here again if we ever return to Manila.
