All the staff, from Front Desk to Concierge, room service and Housekeeping did an excellent job! The Maintenance Crew Lady and Gentleman who came to check the bathroom fan and duct are fabulous, attentive people! Genuine Cebuano charm, beauty, courtesy and hospitality! Viva Cebu! Viva Seda Bloc! Located on Nivel Hills, Marco Polo Plaza Cebu features 4 dining options, a swimming pool and rooms with views of the mountains or sea. Free internet and parking are provided. I like how welcoming and exceptionally helpful the staff is! We will certainly come back!

This place is amazing. The staff are beautiful people and the management are exceptional. I lost my wallet while I stayed there and the excellent people of this hotel helped me as much as they could. After I left they found my wallet and they are posting it back to me. I cannot fault this place and comes highly recommended. Thank you for an excellent experience.
