This was by far the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. Absolutely beautiful carvings in the doors and furniture. The bed was comfy enough to rest in and extra blankets were available in the closet for keeping warm at night (no heat). The shower had plenty of warm water, which I really appreciated given the cold room.

There are several places to eat around, both cheap and a bit more expensive. It is close to the bus terminal. A few parks around to take a walk. In short, I would stay here again.

Offering a hot tub and a restaurant serving regional dishes, Kingdom Hotel is located located a 5-minute drive from the financial and commercial area of San Isidro. The beds are soft and comfortable and the air conditioning is excellent. The night shift manager Jose Antonio speaks some English and was very helpful. If you are like me and travel without a plan they will find tours for you and know the area very well.
