Pati the host was by far the best thing this place has. Her energy was amazing. The room was clean, confortable, well designed, hot water, and its located just a few blocks from the main park.

The best place we stayed in 1 month of travel. Hot water, comfortable bed, spacious room, nice decor, tea and coffee, good breakfast, safe and secure, great location, good wifi, quiet, A+ helpful staff with great English. Tierra Viva Miraflores Mendiburu has a privileged location, in the middle of the best gastronomic area of Miraflores; at walking distance from the best restaurants in Peru, such as: Cevicheria La Mar,... We arrived really early in the hotel - around 6 in the morning and asked for an early check in. They were able to provide us the room immediately for an extra 35 dollars charge which also included the breakfast for the same morning. We happily took the offer as we needed some rest as soon as possible. The hotel is trendy and in a really good part of Miraflores - very close to the cliffs promenade and some good restaurants. It was really easy to get an Uber to and from it. The room was spacious and comfortable and I noticed that it had an AC which we didn't have to use. The bathroom was clean, had various hotel amenities and good running hot shower. The breakfast was buffet style - not very rich but quite enough to start the day well. The staff was nice and accommodating.
