We had a good communication with the owner, there was a receptionist 24/7, very helpful, although in one of the more dangerous neighbourhoods (Breña), we had everything in walking distance (the historic centre, shops, markets) and we had the feeling that we experienced more of the real peruan life that we would have in Miraflores, that is more touristy. We also could use their laundry for free. There was a pool, looked clean but we didn’t use it
