We loved every single thing about our stay! From the Bellmen to the Front Desk, to the Bar, to Housekeeping! The epitome of exceptional quality and service. Both of us come from hospitality in the Bahamas, so we KNOW service and quality oh too well. We checked in with a minor issue and within 5 minutes it was not only addressed but resolved. Speed, efficiency, professionalism and excellence are on point and we will be back sooner than later. I left money on my room. They save it and email me to help me out. A lot of honesty from the staff of this hotel. Personally the best one in Santo Domingo. Strongly recommend you to stay here.

I like the view. Bed is comfortable ! Room gets clean & fresh towel everyday. I honestly have no complain. Everything was perfect. Staff are welcoming and patient.

Located in central Panama City, Sortis Hotel Autograph Collection features an outdoor pool, a casino, a spa and a fitness centre. The stylish rooms and apartments offer city views. The room was much bigger than expected. The room service was always very good and delivered in a timely manner. The gym was great. Very big with a great selection of equipment. The pool area was spacious. During the week it was nice and quiet with plenty of places to sit. On the weekends it could get (understandably) a bit rowdy. The room was nice and quiet. Great view. Just a 5-minute walk from Panama City’s financial district, Hotel Tower House Suites offers a terrace with a swimming pool and city views. The stylish air-conditioned rooms include free Wi-Fi. The hotel was excellent - very friendly, professional and responsive staff. A great value for the money and the room was large, always cleaned well and easy to get around. Air conditioning worked well and the pool was always nice. I would highly recommend and of course, stay again.
