The manager went of her way to be helpful in whatever way she could. She lined up a guide (Roberto) for my friends and me and answered whatever questions we had. A pen of mine leaked quite a bit of ink on to a shirt I really like and she found someone who somehow managed to entirely remove the stain foe something like a dollar. The rooftop swimming pool / bar area was fantastic with plenty of seating and a phenomenal 360 degree view which took in the skyline and Pacific Ocean. The room I had was great and more than adequate. Everything worked just fine. The location was terrific as there were many stores, banks, and restaurants, etc. within a short walking distance as was Balboa Avenue. The neighborhood seemed entirely safe for walking around.
