With majestic mountains and Lake Wakatipu as a backdrop, DoubleTree by Hilton Queenstown offers luxurious self-catering rooms with flat-screen cable TV and a DVD player. The property is so besutiful. The staff were helpful and friendly at all time. While dining at the restaurants , theres beautiful views of the lake. I will definitely stay here again when in Queenstown. The property is about a 15-20 minute walk from the airport but there’s essy access to busses too. Watertaxis come by the hotel every hour , that travels to and from Queebstown city centre. There’s also a few walking trails within easy access from the hotel.

It’s also convenient to drive to meeting points for local activities.

Everything is nice, I spent 5-6 hrs just chatting with owners. Right next to deer park. Their vegetable in the garden, don’t miss it.

Love the fully furnished facilities, especially the kitchen. Herbs and spices is available too. Like the dish washer and coffee maker with auto milk frothing. Will definitely book again if I come back to Queenstown.
