Everything is clean and neat. The location is awesome, near to all the shops. The balcony with BBQ is the star of the place!!

Friendly and helpful staff were very proactive and accommodating with our large group. We had our own kitchen and dining area to meet in. They also rearranged rooms to meet our needs. The location is great in the center of Nelson, right next to grocery stores, shopping, and the Saturday Market. Everything was kept impeccably clean. Thus was the best hostel we stayed in New Zealand! They were also very helpful in arranging outings for everyone. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!
