Staff were very friendly and understanding. We areived late on 25th and they welcomed us warmly. We were also a little late to check out the next day and they graciously extended the check out by 40mins. The showers was wonderful and it was quiet at night.

The landlords sent us an email with the door code in good time before our arrival. The check-in went smoothly. The house is wonderful. A beautiful living area, a large dining table and a fantastic kitchen. The kitchen is very well equipped and my husband even baked bread. Downstairs a bedroom with bathroom/shower and separate toilet. On the first floor two more bedrooms with another bathroom / shower / toilet. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the laundry room. In good weather, you can also hang the washing outside in the garden. Our family of 4 had enough space. We would book the house again at any time and visit Christchurch if it wasn't so far away from Germany. We had a great time and immediately felt at home.
