Situated in Christchurch and only 2.4 km from Christchurch Art Gallery, Brand New Close to CBD 3 Bed 3 Bath with Garage features accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. Check-in was easy since the code was electronic. The host Sam was great. He came by to see if everything was fine. We had a small issue with the garbage but he took care of it quickly. Grocery stores are within 10 mins walking distance. Hagley park and the Botanic Gardens are also within 15mins walk if you want to enjoy the outdoors. The location is great, just off Bealey. The house is brand new and clean. There is one bedroom and a bathroom on the ground floor and two bedrooms with their own attached bathrooms on the 1st floor.

A very stylish and comfortable apartment that is roughly about a 15min walk to the city. The entire place was super clean and the bed was really comfortable. The host was nice and friendly and I especially liked how she was very responsive and helpful in our communication. Because this unit is part of an apartment complex one would assume there would be a bit of noise, but that couldn't be further from the truth. It was really quiet, making for a nice and comfortable stay.

Very quiet location, off the main road, yet convenient for everything in Christchurch. The Carebnb team were amazing and so easy to work with. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
