This is a fantastic hotel that ticks all the boxes for comfort, customer service and a sense of luxury. The staff were fantastic and made us feel very welcome. The bed was amazing and so was the shower. We also loved how the hotel was decorated; lots to see (artwork, books, etc... not your standard hotel lobby) and the location was perfect for us: short walking distance to everything in Christchurch center. In the same courtyard as the hotel you can find a wine bar which is a lovely place to spend an evening. I cannot think of a single thing that I would suggest to change in this hotel. Our stay was simply perfect.

New in 2019, this 5-star boutique hotel is ideally located on Victoria Street in the city of Christchurch, amongst a variety of cafes, restaurants and bars. Rooms were extremely well appointed and perfect sized for two people. Perfect walking distance to everything in City Center, all restaurants and entertainment. Also extremely easy to get to from the Airport there and back on bus 29. Amenities such as espresso pods and tea, milk and sugar in the room made the morning and evening easy. We also enjoyed the free laundry in the 4th floor and we were able to do a quick load. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and knew how to help us get around and get quickly into our rooms when we arrived early.

The hotel has a good location with good access to restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. We loved the washer and dryer in the room. They even provided washing powder. Nice touch.

Everything, very helpful staff. And the point is the reception available 24hours. So it is comfortable if you have to checkout before sunrise, or you have a trouble with airport transfer booking. Easy access from airport. Take metro bus #29. Just see googlemaps where to stop

The location was convenient and in a quiet area. The room was efficient and had everything I could have wanted. Laundry access was fantastic. The bed was cozy. I'll be back!
