When we got to the room after check in we were really unhappy, the room was suffocating, with the smell of cigarettes and very different from the room we booked and the pictures. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The host was incredibly helpful, providing detailed instructions on how to find the apartment and use public transport to get there. The host quickly answered all our questions and even recommended great places to eat nearby. We also appreciated the little touches, like the chocolate left for us. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and we highly recommend it. Thank you for your exceptional hospitality!
