Hotel Filip is an excellent location with excellent service. We felt as comfortable as our own home. It was quiet, clean and very well decorated with a modern gym, clean sauna and great washer/dryer.

The hotel is situated right next to Aker Brygge and Tjuvholmen which abounds in great restaurants and bars. Room was clean and comfortable and I had everything I needed. Room was cleaned everyday. Staff is kind and helpfull.

Clarion Collection Hotel Gabelshus is located in the fashionable Frogner district in Oslo, 200 metres from Skillebekk Tram Stop. It offers rooms with free Wi-Fi. This charming hotel is in a quiet residential area with easy access to Trams into Oslo. We loved the breakfast buffest - huge variety of very fresh hot and cold food. There are drinks available 24/7 ( tea, coffee, hot chocolate etc) and 'FIKA' cakes from 3-5pm...all included in the price of the room. Also included is an evening meal. Not a huge choice but lovely food. Given that Norway is expensive , these added extras made all the difference to our stay and budgeting. The decor in the common parts is like being in someone's house and it is so relaxing and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again.
