Check in and check out were easy, as well as the use of the laundry service. The location is great, well connect to the city center and main places to visit.

A bit of a walk to "downtown", but otherwise use bus/tram.

Beautifully laid out and well stocked kitchenware. Lovely views and a great garden as well. Comfortable beds and rooms, very modern finish. We rented cars so was easier to go in and out of the city center.
