They thought about everything you need for a super comfortable stay. Fantastic rain shower, mini fridge, blue-tooth speaker, coffee maker, plates, bowls, glasses & cutlery, even earplugs & umbrellas you can borrow. The staff in the greenhouse shop are extremely friendly & very helpful. I had an issue with the bedding because I'm allergic to feathers & forgot to check when I booked, they sorted it out with hypoallergenic bedding with no problem & were very kind about it! No issues leaving our bags after check out. Highly recommended, we would definitely stay again! Thank you so much!

Bert was the perfect host - super friendly, helpful and even arranged for our laundry to be done for a very small fee. The hotel is in a quite, cozy part of Utrecht with stunning views of the canal. The room has everything you need and more - from slippers, toiletries, wine, beverages, umbrellas to borrow, information on the area and even an adjustable bed! Top notch hotel - we will be back soon.

Loved the hotel, decor, quiet space. ..the room. The staff was exceptionally helpful with arranging for dinner reservations, sightseeing directions.

Everything! We love this place, one of our favorite places we stayed during our 4 weeks of traveling this summer. The owner is lovely and has thought of everything. Wine, coffee, recommendations for the area. My husband had to work a few days while we were here and the internet was very good. We loved having coffee or a drink by the canal, slow mornings and relaxing evenings were great watching the boats and paddlers go by.

The room was very clean, beautifully laid out with great amenities. The location was ideal, close to the centre but not too close and the staff were friendly and helpful. Really comfortable bed and massive shower.

Set in Utrecht, 100 metres from TivoliVredenburg, Crowne Plaza Utrecht - Central Station features a bar and views of the city. The hotel is ideally located, next to the train station, so it was very easy getting in and out of the city for travelling. We didn't choose breakfast, but the hotel is located inside a shopping center, so lots of options for eating outside the hotel. All cosmetics were from Rituals, so that was a nice touch.
