Location, very close to the centeal station, frendly and helpful staff, room is clean and there is enought space. There is free wifi, as well as coffee, tea and water all the time. As I told Franz (the owner), the property was amazing. Pictures didn't show how awesome it was staying on the canal. Boaters came by and waved as local bird wildlife said hello. It was right next to the train station and it was one stop away from Rotterdam Central. This property made us want to visit Rotterdam again.
