The hotel is gorgeous, perfectly located, roomy, comfortable, quiet, and staffed by kind, conscientious, friendly individuals. We loved our stay here for so many reasons--we were given great information about the Netherlands, the tea was delicious, the bar had fantastic food & beverages--we ended up eating there both nights and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We are in another city now and we wish there was a Suitehotel Pincoffs here!

Location was great, within walking distance of cruise port. Water Taxi stop directly behind hotel provides easy access to city center and other attractions. Quirky old historical building, but the rooms are furnished with modern comfortable amenities. On-site restaurant served great food at reasonable prices, very popular with the locals. Consider booking at a rate that includes breakfast, fantastic offering.

Everything was much better then we had expected! There was a pretty good view of the city, 2 bus stops close by, a supermarket very close, everything you may need to cook a meal. I would book this place again if I ever go to Rotterdam again!
