The location was awesome and the room was amazing!! Very quiet and a great view! The room was large and very comfortable and breakfast was amazing!! The Alex was a fantastic hotel and great value! The Staff was fantastic, helpful and friendly. Very happy I stayed here and would recommend it to anyone visiting Maastricht and wanting a hotel near the Hauptbahnhof.

As someone who NEEDS a very clean place to say, this place definitely exceeded expectations. Cleanliness, staff, and location are amazing. The stick bugs in the lobby were a cute touch, too.

The room basically had everything that we needed, lovely people that work there, great breakfast!! Perfect location! Near the train station and near the centre. They even had a room where we could put our bags in after checking out. It was perfect!

Amrâth Grand Hotel de l’Empereur is situated in a century-old Art Nouveau building 50 metres from Maastricht Railway Station. It features an indoor swimming pool and free Wi-Fi in the public areas. Eu estava muito preocupada com as péssimas revisões dos demais hóspedes, mas a estadia me surpreendeu positivamente. O quarto em que fiquei era muito espaçoso, confortável, silencioso (mesmo sendo em frente à estação de trem), limpo. As recepcionistas e o pessoal da limpeza foram extremamente gentis e atenciosos. Quando avisei que um abajur não estava funcionando, eles consertaram rapidamente. Não tive tempo de usar a piscina, nem contratei o café da manhã. Eles têm um pátio interno com um laguinho super charmoso. Pelo menos 5 colegas ficaram no mesmo hotel (estávamos no mesmo congresso) e não tiveram reclamações.
