I was there off peak so the hotel was very quiet - I had the rooftop pool to myself, rather than a buffet breakfast they served whatever you wanted from a menu and on the last day they were kind enough to allow me a late check out. Complimentary bottle of water in room every day was good.

The gentleman at reception was very helpful. We got there in the evening and wanted something to eat he asked the porter to take us to a place to order some food..helped us out in the morning with getting sim cards etc...100% great customer service
