Fell and hurt my elbow in the lobby and they took great care of me, even later sent flowers and fruit basket with a card to my room. Very kind staff from the guys at the door to the gym staff and room service. Will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed how spacious our apartment was and it's excellent location. Close to everything! The rooftop pool was the main highlight. We chose FACE Styles primarily because of the pool and we were not disappointed! It was so amazing and had such great views, especially of the PETRONAS towers and KL's TV tower. Undoubtedly the best views in KL! So handy to have pool towels etc available as well. Excellent pool and excellent stay! The staff were all extremely welcoming, professional and helpful. Fabulous to have the fridge and kitchen facilities to make breakfast easy with kids, and washer/dryer in the room was so helpful too. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms showers (all four of them!!) were spotless and showers hot and beautiful. It was a luxurious stay in KL and we will definitely choose to stay again next time we're in KL!

Very well located, there are restaurants at walking distance. We walked to the petrona towers daily... The apartment is awesome... Breathtaking view, superb facilities- microwave, fridge, cooking range with basic utensils, kettle, coffee satchets and drinking water dispenser. Not to forget the very useful washing machine within the apartment with washing capsules. The water pressure and hot water in the shower was good too. The pool is also beautiful, has wonderful views.. The apartment and facilities are exactly as shown in the pictures. Also the easily contactable and responsive staff on whatsApp, sort out any queries within 5 mins.

Situated conveniently in the centre of Kuala Lumpur, Santa Grand Signature Kuala Lumpur offers air-conditioned rooms, an outdoor swimming pool, free WiFi and a fitness centre. 10 min walk to Petronas towers, amazing KL Forest right across the street, staff is super friendly and hotel is very nice and clean. The pool area is really cool with a nice view of the KL Tower. We liked it so much that we booked 2 extra nights.
