Property is well maintained. Great location. Great accommodations. Staff was very helpful, they even took me next door to assist with getting some groceries. The apartment was perfect ( even had a washer/dryer) and everything you could need. Shopping, public transportation and restaurants all within short walking distance. I will definitely book again at the Luxe residence and highly recommended staying there.

Situated in Kuala Lumpur, 2 km from Suria KLCC, The Chow Kit - an Ormond Hotel features accommodation with a restaurant, private parking and a bar. The suite rooms are spacious and have huge windows showing an amazing city scape - especially at night. The monorail was running directly under our window, giving it an extra Blade Runner touch. At the same time the sound proofing is excellent. There are two metro stations nearby, both reachable via a long pedestrian bridge. Some very nice restaurants are nearby (behind Sheraton block). The in house restaurant is definitely worth a visit. They also prepare excellent a la carte breakfast. The whole hotel was designed with a lot of taste and care for details. It has a charming yet elegant retro vibe.

We booked into the Executive Suite. It was super spacious. This allowed my partner and I to be able to engage in our seperate activities independently. I could attend a Zoom Meeting while he watched TV etc.

From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome from the staff at the front entrance set the tone for what would be a fantastic experience. The team was incredibly professional, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, offering a great view of the city. However, we did encounter a slight issue with our bathroom upon arrival, but the hotel manager Simon handled it impeccably. Within minutes of reporting the issue, they offered us an alternative room that was even more spectacular. The seamless resolution and their commitment to guest satisfaction were truly commendable. The highlight of our mornings was undoubtedly the breakfast buffet at the Zende Restaurant, located within the hotel. The variety of dishes was impressive, ranging from local Malaysian delicacies to international favourites. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The service received from the restaurant staff was personal and made us feel like part of their family, (Latif, Faizal and others). It was a perfect way to start each day. The facilities were excellent, and the staff throughout the hotel—from housekeeping to the concierge—were consistently polite and eager to help. The front entrance team deserves special mention for their assistance with transportation and their friendly demeanor, especially Fazul who always made us feel welcome. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, close to major attractions, shopping areas, and transport links, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. Overall, the hotel offers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and top-notch hospitality. Despite the minor hiccup, their dedication to ensuring an amazing guest experience left us thoroughly impressed.
