Thanks for caring me too carefully! On the first day when in arrived at Kl, I have lost my phone on cab and receptionist was very helpful for checking CCTV to find driver’s plate and contacted the call centre support to report my case. And then the driver has came back to hotel for returning phone to me. Really appreciated for this help and the rest days were going well without any issue. Full equipments to enjoy my short holiday! Thanks so much and will book again for my next trip in KL ^^

Breakfast is really good, infinity pool is big and on the roof of the hotel. Room was big and stuff was really helpful and nice.

Hotel semplice e confortevole. Stanza pulita, bagno ben fornito. Si trova a pochi metri dalla zona centrale (food street e pavillon). Nonostante questo è silenzioso. Ha una piscina sul tetto molto carina. Il personale è gentile e permettono il deposito dei bagagli dopo il chech out. Conisligato al 100%!

Great location, big rooms with a great shower and even more comfy bed (and love the fact there is no carpet in the room). Rooms get cleaned every day and staff is super friendly

The location is right in the heart of the city if you like shopping or food you’re not going to be let down . The Hotel is very modern and first impression when we opened the door was very impressive it was clean fresh and very comfortable we had a view covering the main cross intersection and you could hear a little traffic noise of a night but it was acceptable and really with the heavy drapes closed was very minimal the room was made up each day to a high standard and the doorman was always there with a smile to greet you as you left and entered a small touch but just that small detail is nice.
