They helped bring the bags in from the taxi and when we left to get another they brought them out again for us. The reception team were also really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was at a cafe a few meters away and was delicious. The rooms are spotless and modern. Aircon and shower worked well. There was also a big fridge in the room which is usually not available in hotels.

Conveniently set in the Brickfields district of Kuala Lumpur, CITI HOTEL @ KL SENTRAL is located 400 metres from KL Sentral, 2.5 km from Thean Hou Temple and 1.8 km from Islamic Arts Museum Malaysia. I love the place staffs are friendly and nice... Place is clean.. room attendant was very good. Internet connection was also very good. They also have bottled water w/c is very thoughtful for me.

While the rooms were on the smaller side, they were well-maintained and equipped with all the necessary amenities, making the stay comfortable.
