Gorgeous hotel - the owner and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The rooms and the communal areas are decorated very nicely and the bed was incredibly comfortable. This place also had what's probs the best water pressure in Mexico. Breakfast was a real treat, with loads of tasty and healthy options, the pool is pure bliss and open 24/7.

I’m forgetful and left stuff laying around on the roof like my coverup and cigarettes and they were returned to me like immediately before I even noticed I left them. left my shirt in the bedding by accident upon leaving and they texted me to let me know so I could pick it up. just overall awesome helpful staff that made my stay great and amazingly beautiful facilities. food was actually really decent too. wish they had a more middle eastern or Mediterranean menu instead of burgers just because of the theme of the hotel but overall amazing stay. I’d stay again for sure

We really liked our accommodation: the room was basically a little apartment, with a living/cooking area, bedroom and bathroom. The outside pool is super nice and you can also rent bikes from the owner for 100p/day. It is not centrally located and you need a car for sure to reach it, but to me the location was perfect because I preferred to stay away from the hotel area which to me looked like a tourist trap.

Located in Tulum, Casa Abanico offers tropical gardens, free Wi-Fi and a shared kitchen with free coffee and filtered water. The Mayan ruins of Tulum are a 10-minute drive away. Very helpful owners! They got us on a Chichen Itza tour the night before, and they let us check in early and check out late for no extra cost. Great room, very clean and very nicely decorated. Good wifi. Cute dog and cats.
