We had such a fantastic stay at Hotel Muare—it truly exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, the team on-site made us feel so welcome and taken care of. Their response time via WhatsApp was incredibly quick, which made everything so easy and seamless for any questions and requests, including matters about spa and room service. The entire property is immaculate—everything was always spotless, perfectly maintained, and cared for. The pool and property were cleaned every morning. We didn’t see a single bug during our stay, but it was thoughtful that they provided spray just in case. The little details make a big difference here, from the free parking to the overall vibe of relaxation and architecture. Everything was just perfect! One small suggestion for the future would be to adjust the path leading to the property, as it could be made a bit easier for cars. But honestly, it’s a minor thing compared to how high-quality and well-maintained everything else is and I’m sure it doesn’t even depend on them.

The property was very clean, kind and attentive staff- Alain- the Manager and his staff were very welcoming, they gave us suggestions on places to eat and visit. Alain, checked a few days prior our visit with us to ask if we needed anything. They made sure we felt very comfortable in their property. The room was neat, appropriate a/c temperature, water. comfortable bed, unique design. They even added another small bed for our little girl in the room. Thank you Alain!!
