Offering an outdoor pool and views of the city, Fiesta Americana Monterrey Pabellón M. Is situated in Monterrey, 800 metres from MARCO Museum, across the street from the Santa Catarina River. Location for this hotel is perfect for events happening on the same building (Pabellon M). Staff and Room was Excellent.

Hotel is very well located close to main downtown and medical facilities. Hotel is not big but its very clean, well kept and staff is very kind and professional. They seem to be happy there. All inside the rooms is recent including the TV and AC. In general is beautiful Its a jewel within downtown Monterrey.

The staff was super nice, they were able to give me my room sooner than the check in time. They also can store your luggage for you. The cleaning staff was so kind, every time before breakfast she was asking me if I needed something or if everything was ok (I didn't require cleaning any of the days). The access to the elevator is through a key card so outside people cannot go up and you only have access to your floor and the breakfast floor. The breakfast was also a nice surprise, when I booked it said no breakfast but arriving there you do have it, it's for all guests. The AC was fantastic, the room with a big window and a big table for working. The size of the room was just enough for me, not too small. The room was extremely clean when I arrived, the bathroom as well. I didn't find it very noisy, although you can hear other guests sometimes, people were generally quiet. The breakfast was very simple (not a complaint here since I didn't even have it included in my reservation, so it was indeed a good surprise, just informing). There were fruits (banana and apple), a yogurt and sweet bread. There was also nice, milk and coffee, and I gotta say the coffee was fantastic! Wifi worked well almost all the time. At the end of the afternoon when everyone is using it it can get a bit spotty, but all the rest of the day it is incredibly fast.

Absolutely everything, it's clean, comfortable,the view is just amazing, and excellent customer service. Room service, restaurant and bar are just great and affordable.
