From the beginning, all staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. A couple of minor issues on arrival with the room were quickly and effectively dealt with. The rooms are large, well serviced daily and the beds extremely comfortable. The hotel has a separate (but related) Indian restaurant on the ground floor which was outstanding, both in service and the quality of the food. Plenty of choice of restaurants in the area as well.

Located in one of the busiest commercial areas of Mexico City, Tryp WTC Mexico is less than 100 metres from Insurgentes Avenue and 10 minutes’ walk from the WTC, the Poliforum Siqueiros and the Pepsi... The cleanliness and politeness of the staff. Comfortable and quit hotel. Has Netflix and a lot of TV programs.
