The customer service and staff attention markedly improved and was a really pleasant experience. We liked that cleaning was done daily and the front desk and doorman were very kind and attentive. The room was super comfortable, especially the bed.

It's a large apartment at a quiet street, with three bedrooms and 3.5 bath. A large living room with two balconies, plus a large kitchen. It is at walking distance to Av Presidente with many restaurants. Roughly 10 min walk you can reach Walmart Express and the Polanco metro station. Also, at 10 min walk you can reach the Anthropology Museum and the Forest of Chapultepec, which is a nice area to walk and relax. Door man is downstairs all the time so it feels very safe.
