I stayed in Elements for two nights and it was a superb experience. Everything from the communication and email responses, staff members, breakfast and room was of an excellent standard. I was given a very large and spacious room that was perfectly clean and extremely comfortable for a very reasonable price. All the staff were extremely friendly and professional and spoke English (as I sadly don't speak Spanish). In particular, a staff member names Juan went out of his way to help me ensure a smooth departure from the hotel and helped with communicating wth my Uber driver etc.

There are a lot of available amenities for free and I like that not everything is there unless asked for because it reduces waste The view was amazing and the location really couldn't be better. Everything has sensors and turns on automatically which me and my pinky toes highly appreciate, I loved that functionality I will be back in a couple of months because this is now my favorite!
