Four Seasons Hotel Macao, Cotai Strip tilbyder 5-stjernet indkvartering i Macao, blot 5 minutters kørsel fra Caesars Golf Macau med 18 huller. I was impressed with the check-in process. We arrived early on a busy Easter Sunday so I knew we would not be able to get into our room. But Becky provided excellent tips on places to see during our visit, and took our bags so we did not need to lug them to a valet for storage. She also personally showed us how to get to the Venetian. The warm welcome made me glad I booked Four Seasons Macau over other nearby hotels. The upstairs room hallways are bright and luxurious, and our room was immaculate, spacious and welcoming. I swam in the one heated pool around 5pm, which was comfortable and not crowded. I also booked massages in the spa and was really happy to get a late evening booking. Oftentimes spas are closed then. The couples treatment room had a hot filled jacuzzi and steam room ready for our use. The therapists were skilled and the massage table and room amenities were great. Best way to end the day!

Quality of the room and services are exceptional. Attention to detail from the guest services crew is spectacular. We checked-in to Conrad Macao a day after my birthday and yet a keen eyed guest services team managed to catch it and sent a beautiful cake and well wishes the very next day. UNBELIEVABLE!! The best birthday week ever!

From the moment we arrived we were impressed, we were greeted by Peter who assited us to check in and some good advice on attractions. The room was great, comfortable, great amenities and very clean. The over service over our stay was excellent nothing was too difficult. Very impressed.

City of Dreams - Morpheus in Macau has 5-star accommodation with a casino, an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness centre. Each accommodation at the 5-star hotel has city views and free WiFi. The hotel entrance,lobby, lift, corridor and room design are very new, modern, charming and comfortable. The staffs are really excellent including the 3 front desk staffs Jessica, Natalie and Kali (the gentle who help to me move our luggage to room and unlock the Art floor). Other hotel staffs including security, room service/cleaning and shuttle bus are the best we experienced in Macau over 20 years.

Nüwa is part of the City of Dreams in Macau's Cotai Strip, a large holiday complex with a casino and a large shopping arcade. The staff was attentive and quick to respond to any requests, ensuring that everything was taken care of efficiently. The service was seamless and made my stay much more comfortable. Their attention to detail and professionalism truly stood out. Highly recommend the room service for making the stay even more pleasant!

Part of the Galaxy Macau resort complex in Cotai City, the luxurious Banyan Tree Macau is the first high-rise urban resort in Macau. One of the best hotel experiences my wife and I have had... The staff at Banyan Tree Macau went over and above to ensure our stay was perfect... I can not fault them and actually would give them 20/10 points... Thank you
