The reception staff were amazing as were concierge and the domestic help. They did so many extra thoughtful things to make our trip super special, we are very pleased and can’t wait to return again

Nüwa is part of the City of Dreams in Macau's Cotai Strip, a large holiday complex with a casino and a large shopping arcade. Really brilliant experience! The service was pretty good and all staffs were super nice. The welcoming fruits were delicious and the breakfast was also great.

City of Dreams - Morpheus in Macau has 5-star accommodation with a casino, an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness centre. Each accommodation at the 5-star hotel has city views and free WiFi. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Morpheus Hotel and I cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and valued. The check-in process was smooth, and we were promptly given information about the hotel's amenities and activities. Our room was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped with all the essentials. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring we had restful nights throughout our stay. The stunning views from our room added an extra touch of magic to our experience. One of the highlights was the surprise the hotel made to celebrate our 17th wedding anniversary, and not to forget mentioning the hotel’s dining options. The on-site restaurant offered a diverse menu featuring delicious meals made with fresh, local ingredients. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, providing a wide selection to suit every taste. The location is also fantastic, with easy access to local attractions and beautiful scenery. We enjoyed exploring the area, and the helpful front desk staff provided great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Specially Linda who welcomed us and helped in every possible way. Overall, our experience was exceptional. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and a prime location made our stay truly memorable. Celebrated my son 1st birthday, all the staff were execptional helpful. A special massive thank you to Marcus Alves, whom organized a perfect afternoon experience at the Cabana, ensuring all our needs are met and creating phenomal experience for us, family and friends. Thank you to Micko who helped decorate the room and assuring a splendid stay throughout.

Centrally located in Cotai, Macau, The Parisian Macao features a luxurious shopping mall, an outdoor pool and water park. The overall Palacios experience is great. Excellent location, good staff is plus. We booked a family room and for the first time, I did see kids slippers, bathrobs, toiletries... made special experience for kids. Aqua world and pool was great. Complimentary shuttle service worked well ... overall superb experience.
