El personal muy amable y predispuesto, uno de ellos nos acompaño a la calle a conseguir un taxi. Los recepcionista hablaban ingles muy bien (la mayoria en la ciudad no lo habla). Nos prepararon el desayuno para llevar ya que hicimos el check out por la madrugada. Excelente ubicación a metros de la plaza principal. Muy recomendado

The hotel is centrally located but on a quite road near the parliament building and the national museum. The hotel operates a restaurant and several other dining options are close by. Check in and check out were swift and efficient. The room (401) was clean, well equipped, and the bed was compfortable. Special requests such as airport transfers and breakfast upon arrival were arranged without flaws. Breakfast items from a menu to choose from met my taste. I highly recommend this hotel with its friendly and competent staff.

El Guide Hotel está situado en el centro de Ulán Bator y alberga un restaurante. Se encuentra a solo 5 minutos a pie de la plaza Sukhbaatar. Hay conexión WiFi gratuita en todas las habitaciones. Hotel's location was centric, but a bit tricky to reach since I had to walk through small streets. The room was very spacious and the bed comfortable! The staff lady was very kind and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious! I wish I could have stayed longer!

The hotel is very nice. It is central and within a reasonable walking range of the main tourist attractions and shopping malls. It also has a very good restaurant. The people are very nice and ready to help.

Kempinski Hotel Khan Palace is a 2.2 km from the Chinggis Khan Square in the city centre. The 5-star luxurious hotel features a well-equipped fitness centre, a Spa and free WiFi in all areas. Warm professional staff, comfortable large room, great breakfast, great lunch and dinner choices at the lounge. Very helpful in getting us a driver for our day of ciry touring. Japanese restaurant was also a good varied option for dining.
