The hotel is very nice. It is central and within a reasonable walking range of the main tourist attractions and shopping malls. It also has a very good restaurant. The people are very nice and ready to help.

Boasting a top-rated restaurant, mini golf and massage facilities, New West Hotel is located only a 5-minute drive from Ulaanbaatar Railway Station‎. Free Wi-Fi is provided throughout the property. We were there second time and everything was so good like in a first time.

The hotel location is very convenient, located in the center, and close to the main attractions/places to visit in Ulaanbaatar (for example Gandan Temple is located very close in walking distance), as well as close to bars and clubs to go out; it’s location is strategic and perfect. Besides the location, the hotel is very nice. The design of the rooms with Mongolian traditional decoration makes it different to the rest of hotels, clearly differentiating it from an standard hotel. Not only that, but the hotel offers also very good quality food, offering different traditional Mongolian food, as well as some western food (of excellent quality and taste). Last but not least, the staff from the hotel is very kind, outgoing and very attentive. From all the hotels that I have visited in Ulaanbaatar, this is definitively my favorite. I will repeat it in my next trip to Mongolia :)

A 15-minute walk from Ulaanbaatar Opera House, White House Hotel offers elegant accommodation with free Wi-Fi access. Ulaanbaatar Railway Station is a 10-minute drive away. Check in was smooth and efficient. Staff spoke some English and used Google translate whenever needed. They were very helpful and assisted with all my enquiries including getting local taxis at the proper rate.
