Til tross for at den ligger midt i gamlebyen og rett ved siden av «Casper Bar» så er det overraskende stille i gaten utenfor. Leiligheten er nyoppusset i en gammeldags men ny stil, og har en nydelig utsikt. Den har også alt man eventuelt skulle trenge av utstyr.
