Everything was really perfect, the hotel and staff exceeded my expectations. The pool is incredible and their small attention every 30 minutes with ice cream and drinks by the pool is incredible. I liked the design of the room and the entry of the hotel , very warm. The staff are always smiling and happy to help , mostly the breakfast staff . The location is perfect , safe and secure.

This hotel was exceptional. The staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Youssef at reception always had a smile and hello and greeted me each time by name. The restaurant staff were very accomadating and helpful and the food was delicious both for breakfast and dinner. Housekeeping was superb. Our room was always kept spotless by Fatima who even left a towel swan with those petals on valentines day. She was very thorough with cleaning and always friendly and helpful. A thank you to Hannah and Sara for a wonderful Hammam experience. It was exceptional and an experience we will always remember. I loved the comfortable beds and style of the bedrooms and decor. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting marrakech- so close to the Medina.

Welcome to the Opera Plaza Hotel Marrakech, located opposite the train station and the Royal Theater, the elegant hotel is decorated in an Arab-Moorish style. Just a cross the street from the train station. Room size was great, A free water bottle in the room, Great location near many restaurants, The breakfast was AMAZING! Simply the best breakfast in town. It was over the top!
