Our host went above and beyond in assisting us to book surfing and in helping me find the perfect carpet to bring home. Essaouira was our favourite place in Morocco. Thank you!

Location is perfect! right downtown close to the Medina. lots of good places to eat nearby. the place next door is fantastic for tagines etc. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. nice terrace for breakfast also!

With a 24-hour front desk, this hotel is located in Essaouira’s Medina and 500 metres from the beach. It offers a free Wi-Fi hotspot, a patio with outdoor furniture and a terrace with sea views. It is in a very convenient location and easy to find.

מלון צ׳מס בלו (Chems Bleu) הינו בית רגוע ושטוף שמש המספק חדרי אירוח נוחים ונוף מדהים של החוף והנמל. המלון כולל פטיו פרחוני עם מזרקת אנדלוזיה, וכן טרסות שבהן תוכלו להירגע בשמש. We were at Chems Bleu for only one night but wish to be more. Great location, welcoming host, delicious breakfast and good comfortable bed. The best guesthouse we were at during our 10-days journey in Morocco.

A Perfect Escape in Essaouira! We absolutely loved our stay at Mama Lova! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome – check-in was a breeze, and we instantly felt right at home. Each morning started with a fantastic breakfast spread, full of delicious options that kept us happily fueled for a day of exploring. And let me tell you, the beds were so comfortable! We ended up sleeping a solid 10 hours the first night, which is unusual for us – a true testament to how cozy it was. The rooftop was something special, with incredible views over the city – honestly, I think it’s the best view in all of Essaouira. We spent so much time up there just soaking it all in. The hotel’s location couldn’t have been better either; we were close to everything, making it easy to stroll around and enjoy all the charm of the city. The entire property was spotless, well-kept, and had such a lovely, welcoming feel – and for a very reasonable price too! Our room was not only impeccably clean and cozy, but it was also well soundproofed, which gave us a peaceful retreat at the end of each day. Even the water pressure was excellent – a small detail, but it really added to the comfort! The Wi-Fi worked perfectly everywhere, right up to the rooftop, which made it easy to stay connected while enjoying those stunning views. Mama Lova is one of those places that you leave already wanting to come back. For anyone looking for a friendly, beautiful place to stay in Essaouira, I couldn’t recommend it more. We left with happy hearts, big smiles, and can’t wait to return!

Aghata Palms Riad was wonderful. Absolutely everything was beautiful, we loved it very much. It's in a great location in the medina. Maybe it takes some searching the first time, but Blanka the owner sent you a map on how to get there, even with photos of the street and front door. When you arrive there you will be welcomed bij the friendly Fouzia who will show you around. Fouzia comes to clean every day and if you want she will make breakfast for you. We didn't do that so unfortunately I can't say anything about that. We had the top floor with private terrace and sea view. There were two very nicely decorated bedrooms one with a bad and one with a shower. The beds were very comfortable. There is a nice kitchen and excellent WiFi. On the ground floor you will find books and information maps with many excellent tips. There is also a beautiful garden with lots of plants, palms and a swimming pool that you may use. Everything there is also very beautiful decorated. It was a pleasure to communicate with Blanka. She is very attentive, she responds quickly to your message and gives you a lot of good information in a nice way. Essaouira and Riad des Palms stolen my heart. Essaouira has a special harbor with a lot of activity, many blue fishing boats, seaqulls and many sweet cats. There's a cozy medina with lots of shops and very friendly people. Lots of good restaurants too. I can't wait to go there again. And of course back to Aghata Palms Riad. Thank you very much, Blanka and Fouzia. It was great! Hope to come back soon. Located in the medina, a 5-minute walk from Essaouira Beach, this traditional riad features a patio with a fountain and seating area and a terrace with sun beds. Free Wi-Fi is available in all areas. My second favorite riad of my 2 weeks in morocco! such a beautiful riad, quiet, peaceful, with very relaxing vibes. Amazing location, central to everything you need. Owner was so helpful in showing me a map and how to get to different places. I loved my stay here, and would recommend to everybody.
