Featuring a terrace, bar and views of mountain, Riad Tassili Chaouen is located in Chefchaouene, 200 metres from Kasba. The property was exceptional. It was super clean and did not smell like cats which is wonderful. The beds were super comfy which is hard to find in Morocco. The breakfast was delicious and one of our best experiences so far and the location was right in the Medina mere seconds from the main hub. The hot water and bathroom was perfect and the rooftop terrace was great for my naughty cigarette and podcast. We even got a yoga session up there with the setting sun. Getting to the hotel was super easy via taxi n then up only a few stairs which is 1000steps less then other locations. And the host was a legend - so helpful, attentive and thoughtful. He also recommended one of the most delicious restaurants we have experienced in Morocco. This was a 10/10 experience.

Well situated in the Souika district of Chefchaouene, Riad Mauritania is set 300 metres from Kasba, 200 metres from Outa El Hammam Square and 500 metres from Mohammed 5 Square. 2 szobát foglaltunk közös használatú fürdőszobával. Külön kérés nélkül figyeltek arra, hogy egymás melletti 2 szobát kapjunk közös előtérrel, amihez saját zuhanyzó tartozott, a WC volt csak kint a folyosón. A személyzet nagyon barátságos, figyelmes, kedves volt, kérés nélkül is ajánlottak a közelben látnivalókat, jó éttermeket, minden kérdésünkre segítőkészen válaszoltak. A tetőteraszon finom és változatos helyi reggelit szolgáltak fel.

Set in the historical centre of Chefchaouen, Hotel Souika features accommodation decorated in a typical Moroccan style with zelig tiles. The location, the dorm, my bed, the staff, very friendly.

A Chefchaouenében, Kasbától és az Outa El Hammam tértől egyaránt 400 méterre található Dar Dadicilef kerttel, grillezési lehetőséggel, terasszal és ingyenes wifivel várja vendégeit. Az V. Beautiful Dar with great facilities, no AC in room but plenty of blankets for the cold December nights. Rooftop allows for excellent views of the city.

Set in Chefchaouene, 200 metres from Kasba, Dar Swiar offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and express check-in and check-out. We normally don’t give a 10/10 but this Dar was really exceptionally excellent. We liked the combination of Moroccan artisan furniture and Ikea home design. On top of that Saad, the owner, is very helpful and puts a lot of effort in making your stay in Chefchaouen a wonderful experience. Don’t hesitate if you can book this place.

Situated in Chefchaouene, in a historic building, 200 metres from Kasba, Casa Amina is a recently renovated guest house with barbecue facilities and shared lounge. Most amazing boutique hotel I’ve stayed at - it’s a labor of love with so much character. Book ahead as there are limited rooms available! Note this used to be a hostel many years ago but was completely revamped about a year or so ago into a beautiful boutique hotel. Decor: The coolest and most thoughtful place. Trust me when I say this place is a work of art! Everything is tastefully done. Service: Ossama was incredibly kind and helped us feel welcome. He also reached out prior to our stay to see if we needed any help - he is able to arrange private transfer between cities if needed for very reasonable rates, though I ended up opting for a group minivan. Food: Breakfast is also included and delicious. Four types of bread, sunny side up eggs, tomatoes, avocado, cucumber, cheese spread and various jams (fig, strawberry, mandarin). Had all the beverages - Pineapple juice, coffee, and the classic Moroccan mint tea. What an amazing breakfast spread! Location: It is in the heart of the blue city - only about 5 minutes walk from the iconic blue steps, though honestly, beautiful spots right outside the door step and everywhere you turn. Many shops nearby selling clothes, water, snacks, souvenirs; restaurants; etc. Very convenient. I’d recommend Restaurant Bab Ssour nearby for a sit down meal; Sandwich Chez Aziz nearby for a quick fast food bite; and Snack Touichar for a very authentic local fast food experience if you’re wandering towards the “new city” or headed towards the grand taxi station or CTM bus station. Many shops with fresh orange juice for 15-20 MAD. Accessibility: Note that the hotel is not directly accessible by car - it’s about a nearby 4 minute walk from the main road to the medina where the hotel is located. The rooms were located on the second floor so there is one level of stairs to climb up and the Medina/main blue city area has stairs leading up. No issues for the average person but not suitable for people who cannot walk up and down stairs.

Boasting a terrace and views of mountain, Dar Syraya is a recently renovated bed and breakfast situated in Chefchaouene, 200 metres from Kasba. Excellent location! Othman, Bouteina and Yahya made it really comfortable and memorable for us. It is a really new property & perfectly placed at the start of the old Medina opposite Hotel Madrid. Thus, you don’t have to walk much with baggage to the Medina.

A recently renovated property, Palacio Del Sol is located in Chefchaouene near Kasba, Outa El Hammam Square and Mohammed 5 Square. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ "My stay at Palacio del Sol was simply exceptional! This authentic Andalusian riad, located just 20 meters from the main square, offers a perfect immersion into Moroccan culture. From the moment I arrived, I was charmed by the beautiful architecture and the refined details that exude history and elegance. The rooms are comfortable and tastefully decorated, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to meet my needs and provide valuable tips on places to visit. The breakfast served on the terrace is a true delight, with local flavors that awaken the taste buds. I especially appreciated the peaceful setting of the riad, a true haven of tranquility amid the hustle and bustle of the city. I highly recommend Palacio del Sol to anyone seeking an authentic and memorable experience. I can’t wait to come back!
